BetaTesters Tester Confidentiality Agreement (2026-10-v1)

Between [Developer] ("the Developer") and the Tester ("the Tester"), made through betatesters.app.

1. What is confidential. Everything the Tester learns about "[App name]" through this test that is not already public: the app itself and any builds, its features, screens, designs, content, performance, pricing, roadmap, bugs, and the fact that it is being tested.

2. What the Tester agrees to.
   a. Use the app only to test it as described in the listing.
   b. Not share, post, stream, screenshot, record or describe the app or any confidential information to anyone, except in reports submitted through BetaTesters to the Developer.
   c. Not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, extract assets from, or build a competing or lookalike product based on the app.
   d. Not share the install link or opt-in access with anyone else.
   e. Delete any copies of confidential information (other than the installed app) when the test ends or on the Developer's request.

3. How long. These obligations last for two years after the test ends, or until the information becomes public through no fault of the Tester.

4. Consequences. Breaking this agreement forfeits any unpaid rewards, results in a permanent ban from BetaTesters including linked identities, and may expose the Tester to legal claims by the Developer. The Developer may use the signed record of this agreement, including the Tester's name, timestamp, IP address and verified identities, as evidence.

5. What this is not. This agreement does not transfer any rights in the app to the Tester, does not create an employment relationship, and does not restrict the Tester from testing other apps.

By ticking the box and claiming a slot, the Tester accepts this agreement electronically.
